Farrukhabad Heritage School
With a view to preserving ancient Indian traditions the Farrukhabad Heritage School was constructed and formally inaugurated on 15th August 2013 to coincide with our Nation’s Independence Day celebrations.
The inaugural ceremony included lighting of lamp, a special homa with Gurupuja, followed by prasad and a Satsang.
Located besides the Ganges and approximately 4 km from the main city, Farrukhabad Heritage School is the ideal place for vedic studies. Surrounding are many small temples and dwellings that dot the river bank. The Gurukul also houses a fledgling Goshala (cow shed) for the preservation of indigenous cows.
Farrukhabad Heritage School is well connected by road and rail. The nearest Airport is at Lucknow and the nearest railway station is the Fatehgarh Railway Station. A well maintained network of roads run from Fategarh, the headquarter town.
